If you have received damaged or faulty goods then we will replace them once we have received the damaged or faulty product.
If you simply don’t like what you have purchased, you can return it within 7 days for a full refund. Goods must be returned unused and in an “as new” condition. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.
In all cases, goods must be returned in their original packaging, securely wrapped to prevent damage.
Treegreen will not accept responsibility for any item not returned to our postal address.
If the return is due to an error we have made, we will gladly refund the delivery charges. Please contact our customer service team with your details.
For your own protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.
